In addition to the multi-residue screening conducted by an external laboratory (ACCREDIA accredited), our own laboratory runs analyses on proteins, Zeleny index, colour index, W (strength), P/L (elasticity), water absorption and ash content. We also test for mycotoxins and deoxynivalenol using the ELISA method. All of these data are attainable in just a few minutes.
